'Candy
Cane'Climbing Miniature, 1958, R. Moore
I ordered 'Candy Cane' because of the pattern of her stripes; I've never seen anything quite like it. So, yeah, here is another rose I wanted for her genes.
Candy Cane turns out to be one robust little plant! She broke with the Albas in 2008 and while, as you can see, she suffered a little from leaf-hoppers, here she is blooming her head off in mid June. She's also making a nice long cane which you can see a bit of on the right.
Ah, another one I've got plans for!
